³³ Moses said to Aaron, “Take a container, and put a full omer of manna in it. Place it before the Lord, to be kept throughout your generations.” ³⁴ To obey the Lord’s command to Moses, Aaron placed an omer before the Testimony,^[a] to be preserved. ³⁵ The Israelites ate manna for forty years, until they came to a land that was inhabited. They ate manna until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.
